I am 33 years old, I feel headache, dizziness, weakness of left arm and le. And pain in front to backside on left side. I checked for ecg the result was border line normal. Medicine they gave is isosorbide dinitrate, meloxicam and junior aspirin. But after using I got a heavy headache so they changed from isosorbide to atenolol but chance of good development. Please advice me what to do indeed to recover.
